In 2004, my husband, Stacy, and I bought our first house - a tiny ranch near downtown Nashville. Within a couple of years we had sold that property for a significant profit and were on the road to a love affair with the city. This was the beginning of an eighteen year journey that has become a career for us. Between then and now, we have lived in neighborhoods all over the Nashville and value all the unique culture and community Middle Tennessee has to offer. We have a passion for real estate. One might observe that that love is in my blood. Both my parents have had successful careers in real estate in Middle Tennessee for over 40 years.
In our twenty years of experience as small business owners, we have found the best way to build a business is to abide by the same rule that we teach our eleven-year-old daughter, Bentley. It is a rule that most of us in the South learned in Sunday school: The Golden Rule. We treat our clients the way we would want to be treated.
