Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty is preparing to host its first Charity Yard Sale to benefit the local chapter of the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) organization of Nashville. This year’s Charity Yard Sale will be held on Friday, May 3rd from 8am-3pm. All proceeds from the sale go directly to the local organization and with hopes to sponsor a permanent room at the RMHC to allow families to stay close to their children receiving medical care in the Nashville area hospitals.
Ginger Holmes, owner and principal broker of the Nashville office location, said: “We take great pride in our community and helping out our neighbors. The families at the Ronald McDonald House are in need of our support and we sincerely hope that the profits made from this charity event will make a great impact for those in need at the house.” The Charity Committee at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty has encouraged their team of REALTORS® and staff to provide gently used household goods from their own homes and requested donations from their clients, family, and friends.
Cash donations will be accepted during the time of the event. From 11am-1pm the owners and staff at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty will be grilling hot dogs and hamburgers for sale with all profits going to the charity. The public is invited to stop and shop for support of the Ronald McDonald House, Nashville chapter.
