We had to search for our first home from over 2,000 miles away from the Nashville area. Stressful is an understatement for how we felt, until we met Jessica. We made a quick trip to Nashville and Jessica made herself available to show us almost every single neighborhood in the Hendersonville and Gallatin areas that we were interested in buying. I arrived in Nashville due to a transfer with work and knew nothing about the area. I only knew how I would like to live. Tove made the process of finding my home and closing the easiest part of the transition. Even when my work schedule became overwhelming and I didn't even have an opportunity to review the options to go and see, she took it on herself to preview them and shorten the list to only the best options. She made herself available around my availability, and did amazing pre-work so that we could optimize the time out visiting homes. She followed through the selection and purchase process until the very end. Her knowledge of the market and what questions to ask, made sure that I was 100% happy when the home was finally mine. She knew how to pick out all of the items during the inspection and walk through that needed to be addressed, even the suggestion of gutter cleaning before I took ownership.
