Flanked by Vanderbilt University and Belmont University, Nashville’s West End has a heavy concentration of college students. Its location provides highly rated dining options, scenic green spaces, and cool coffee shops – all surrounded by chic & culture. With all that goes on around this part of town, the heart of Nashville’s music industry is just east of Vanderbilt’s campus – Music Row.
Music Row is home to recording studios, production houses, record labels, radio stations, and pretty much anything related to country, gospel, and Christian music.
Northwest of the area is Centennial Park, where you’ll find a glorious replica of the Parthenon in Athens, Greece. Inside there is a 42-foot statue of Athena. The park provides a great space for outdoor concerts and just an nice afternoon in the sun.
