Relocating from Michigan can be tough and even tougher trying to figure out housing from eight hours away. Zillow is helpful, but only points you in the right direction. I’ve purchased 3 homes with her and couldn’t imagine using anyone else. All of my homes have been new construction. We had to search for our first home from over 2,000 miles away from the Nashville area. Stressful is an understatement for how we felt, until we met Jessica. One month before listing, John walked through again with additional tips on decluttering, staging, and preparing for showings. (We also learned many things about selling a house, like how to stage, declutter, necessary repairs, working through contracts, and more, that we will put to use in the future.) John did all the "normal" things a realtor does - (taking pictures, helping with paperwork, explaining the process) in a way no other realtor has done for us. His listing pictures were awesome and included lots of detail that showcased the awesomeness of the house. He collaborated with us on setting a listing price with accurate sales and listing data taking into account each competing home's condition. John even met with some of our contractors as we worked through repair negotiations with potential buyers. As a testament to John's expertise and engagement, we received and accepted a full-price offer the first weekend the house was listed. I highly recommend him as a 5-star realtor to anyone looking for a realtor!
