We are a PCI Level 1 certified platform meaning we abide by and are certified for the highest level of data security in the industry. Our platform undergoes rigorous penetration and vulnerability testing and scanning, and we develop proprietary machine learning and risk monitoring systems to keep you safe. Payload Keybox has passed the payment industry's most rigorous security and compliance tests, eliminating these risks for you.
Safer than a check payment?
Personal checks contain several sensitive data points: bank institution, account number, routing number, home address, name, and signature. A simple image of this check can lead to fradulent activit, such as unauthorized spending or identity theft. Payload Keybox does not store any customer sensitive information, and all account number information is bank-level encrypted at the moment of payment, eliminating the threat of stolen data.
Wire fraud continues to be a growing threat, and the process typically involves a homebuyer being given false wire instructions, usually via email. Once a payment is executed, wire transfers are irrevocable, resulting in a total loss. Payload Keybox eliminates the risk of loss by leveraging the inherent protections of WEB initiated ACH transfers. ACH transfers are limited to United States bank accounts and all transactions are fully traceable. If a fraudster was able to trick a homebuyer into making this ACH payment to a fraudulent account, the payment can simply be reversed.

When we bought, we were buying in a very hot market, unfamiliar with the area and starting the buying process from out of state. She was always there and made a stressful time as un-stressful as possible. She also always had our best interest in mind. The market had started to soften and it was concerning as sellers. Debbie went above and beyond again. She always answered or promptly returned our phone calls. This is crazy! We actually bought a house without seeing it in person. Even though we had not seen the house in person, we felt very comfortable about the process because of the way DeWayne provided us with information and his overall real estate knowledge. We were referred to her and within a day she had houses scheduled for us to view online. Then she went out the next day to show us 5 houses! It was awesome how fast she made things happen.
